Postage and Packing

Postage charges start at £1.30 and are calculated according to the weight and size of items during checkout. 

We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment and every effort is made to package items so that they arrive in perfect condition.  All orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

Payment

We accept payment by PayPal which is a secure, free, easy way to buy online.  You can choose to pay with your bank account, debit card, credit card or PayPal Balance and make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information. You do not have to setup a PayPal account to pay by this method. 

If you wish to pay by personal cheque, please email us and we will provide you with the necessary information.

Returns

We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase, but if you are not then please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will happily arrange an exchange or refund.  

Goods that are returned must be in their original condition and unused and a full refund will be issued on receipt of the returned item.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

If, for any reason, your purchase arrives damaged or is defective then we will also pay your costs for returning the item to us.

Due to Hygiene regulations, earring findings are non-returnable.
